It's a Living

Someone on the landing just described me as a "professional prisoner". When I raised an eyebrow, he explained, "You know what I mean..."

Ah, if only. Anyone?

  1. Simple Ben, you got ordinary folk and then professional people; ordinary criminals then there are professional criminals; and then there are ordinary prisoners and the ones with class, that is the professional prisoner. It was a compliment I think, take it as such ;)

I don't think it was mean't in the sense that you're a prisoner for money, just that you are thoughtful and fight for your rights, that's all. A Jailhouselawyer type prisoner, I'm sure that's what he mean't.
